Privacy
Short version: email if you give one, payment details handled by Stripe, anonymous traffic stats. No ads, no trackers, no data sales.
Who "I" am
MindGlitch is operated by Exystems, LLC. Reach the operator at contact@mindglitch.app.
What I collect
- Email address — when you subscribe to the Glitch Report newsletter, buy the deck, or submit a review.
- Name + billing country — collected by Stripe during checkout, passed to me so I can email you and comply with tax rules.
- Purchase records — Stripe session ID, amount, date. Kept 7 years for tax/accounting compliance.
- Anonymous traffic stats — page views, referrer, approximate country. No personal identifiers, no cross-site tracking.
- Your submitted reviews — if you send a testimonial via the feedback form, I store the text + any display name you provide.
What I do not collect
- Credit-card numbers (Stripe handles those; I never see them).
- IP addresses beyond what's needed briefly for abuse prevention.
- Cross-site browsing history, ad-tracking IDs, or fingerprints.
- Your physical location beyond country-level (from billing, for taxes).
Cookies
One small cookie that tells the site you have access after you buy. You can delete it any time in your browser settings; you'll just need to re-unlock from your welcome email.
No advertising cookies. No outside trackers.
Third-party services (processors)
- Stripe — payments. Stripe's privacy policy.
- Resend — sends your purchase confirmation, sign-in links, and the newsletter. Resend's privacy policy.
- Cloudflare — hosts the site and counts visits anonymously (no cookies, no personal data). Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Each only receives the minimum data they need to deliver the service they provide.
Retention
- Newsletter subscription — until you unsubscribe.
- Purchase records — 7 years (US tax/accounting retention).
- Anonymous traffic stats — as set by our analytics provider.
- Reviews — until you ask me to remove them.
Your rights
You can ask me any of the following by emailing contact@mindglitch.app:
- What data I have about you
- To correct anything that's wrong
- To delete it (I'll keep bare minimum for tax records only if legally required)
- To unsubscribe from email (or use the one-click link in any email)
- To download a copy of your data
Response time: within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, I'll email active subscribers and note the change at the top. This version is effective 2026-04-22.
